BABA Nyonya was said to be to the love child between Malay and Chinese Cuisine; it certainly works and created a series of culturally unique dishes. March will be the month where the guests feast on these unique dish.

For Peranakan Promotion, be spoilt for choice and indulge the fantastic dishes such as tenderly braised 'Itik Sioh', unforgettable 'Nyonya Penang Otak-Otak', and the spicy yet aromatic 'Nyonya Seafood Laksa', 'Lemak Udang Nanas', which is creamy curry with creative combination of prawns and pineapple.

In addition, 'Nyonya Fish Curry' is a surprisingly refreshing dish and 'Nyonya Ikan Sumbat' which is cooked in Nyonya Style stuffed fish. Krill, and underrated crustacean has also made it into the main ingredient of 'Cincalok Omelet'. Lastly, to end guests' dinner buffet with a little bit of Nyonya desserts for the sweet tooth such as the 'Pulut Inti', 'Kuih Apam Merah', 'Nyonya Kuih Talam' and many more.
