Assalamualaikum WBT
SEMALAM, 23 Syawal 1444H, Sk menyambut Ulangtahun Perkahwinan yang ke 24 mengikut kalendar hijrah. Kalau ikut kalendar masihi, setiap kali menyambut anniversary, Pak Inche belanja makan di restoran ternaaaaahaaamaaaa tapi semalam dia minta masakkan Mee Kuah Daging. Dia cakap tu dari hari sabtu lagi, jadi, kita pun malas nak membantah. Sk cuma pesan beli bahan-bahan nak buat mee kuah tu kecuali daging, sebab daging banyak lagi dalam peti ais.
Bila ditanya, tauhu beli tak, Pak Inche jawab, lupa. Minta singgah kedai masa balik kerja, belikan tauhu. Sampai kedai, Sk teringat Pak Inche ni beli kentang ke tak.. patutnya telefon la kat kedai tu tanya, tapi macam... Kot dia tak beli karang, adalah bahan nak cari gaduh, kan 😆. Kot dia komplen kuah mee cair, dialah salah, siapa suruh tak beli kentang, gitu kekdahnya nak cari gaduh laki-bini. Syaiton suka tuuuuu!
Sampai rumah, eh, betullah, dia tak beli kentang. Padahal nampak dah dia jenguk dalam bakul kentang tu kosong, dia kata nak beli. Haaa.. nasib la semalam masuk pintu rumah, bukan main panjang harkat Sk bagi salam, menjunam jatuh Syaiton Dassim.. terus tak jadi bahan gaduh pasal tak beli kentang 😆.
Tapi tu la... daging punyalah banyak, dia rendam dua ketoi besar penumbuk jer.. sabar sajalaaaa!
Rebus daging dalam periuk noxxa, letak halia seketul. Sambil tu, goreng tauhu. Telur, Sk kukus dalam periuk nasi, kemudian Sk celur mee, sawi, fishcake pun dalam periuk nasi jugak, sambil-sambil sediakan bahan taburan, hiris cili merah, daun bawang dan potong limau nipis. Pak Inche suka perah limau banyak-banyak kalau makan masakan berkuah.
Untuk kuahnya, Sk tumis bawang putih 5 ulas,
pes cili dan bawang setengah senduk, sup tomato 4 senduk, kemudian masukkan kiub pati lembu seketul, gula 1 1/2 sudu. Bila dah elok terbit minyak, masukkan air rebusan daging. Dah mendidih, masukkan tomato yang dipotong baji.
Makan dua orang jer tapi beli mee sampai dua bungkus. Sk celur sebungkus aje la.. Ingat nak hantar la rumah adik-beradik tapi lepas masak terus rasa nak pengsan! Tobat!!!!
Dua jam nak mengerjakan dia aje! Tu belum nak basuh periuk dan mengemas lepas makan lagi.
happy anniversary kak, moga kekal bahagia hingga ke akhir hayat.... nampak sedap memikat mee kuah tu

Payment gateway integration refers to the process of connecting a website or application with a payment gateway service. This allows users to securely make online transactions, such as purchasing goods or services, using their credit or debit cards.
ReplyDeleteThe process of integrating a payment gateway typically involves the following steps:
1. Selecting a payment gateway provider: This includes researching and comparing different providers based on their fees, security features, and supported payment methods.
2. Signing up for an account: Once you have selected a payment gateway provider, you will need to sign up for an account to access their integration documentation and support.
3. Obtaining an API key: Your payment gateway provider will give you an API key that you will use to connect your website or application with their service.
4.Implementing the integration: The payment gateway provider will give you integration instructions, typically in the form of code snippets, that you will need to add to your website or application to complete the integration.
5.Testing the integration: Once you have implemented the integration, you should test it to ensure that it is working correctly and that all transactions are being processed securely.
It's important to note that different payment gateway providers may have different integration requirements, so be sure to carefully read and follow their documentation. Additionally, some providers may require additional steps such as compliance check and PCI DSS certification to be done.
